Affordable and Clean Energy
-Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all.
Climate change is leading to many problems such as the eco-system. We have to now start to use renewable energy instead of unrenewable including coal power plant. Now, we are running low on coal and makes electricity expensive leading to unaffordable. We have to stay clean to stop climate change and make it affordable so we can live easier.
-Together, we will have access to clean and affordable energy.
Targets
Target 7.1
By 2030, we all will have access to affordable, reliable and modern energy services.
Target 7.2
By 2030, we will increase substantially the share of renewable energy such as wind power, in the global energy mix.
Target 7.3
By 2030, we will double the global rate of improvement in energy efficiency.
Target 7.A
By 2030, we will enhance international cooperation to facilitate access to clean energy research and technology, energy efficiency and advanced and cleaner fossil-fuel technology, and promote investment in energy infrastructure and clean energy technology.
Target 7.B
By 2030, we will expand infrastructure and upgrade technology for supplying modern and sustainable energy services for all in developing countries, cities and communities.
