Targets
Target 12.1
We will implement the 10‑Year Framework of Programmes on Sustainable Consumption and Production Patterns, wanting all countries taking action,.
Target 12.2
By 2030, we will achieve the sustainable management and efficient use of natural resources.
Target 12.3
By 2030, we will halve the number of global food waste at the retail and consumer levels and reduce food losses along production and supply chains, including post-harvest losses.
Target 12.4
We will have responsible management of chemicals according to the agreed international framework.
Target 12.5
By 2030, we will substantially reduce waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling and reuse.
Target 12.6
We will encourage companies to take sustainable practices and to combine it into their report cycle.
Target 12.7
We will promote public procurement practices that are sustainable, in accordance with national policies and priorities.
Target 12.8
By 2030, we will ensure that people everywhere have the relevant information and awareness for sustainable development and lifestyles in harmony with nature.
Target 12.A
We will support developing countries to strengthen their scientific and technological capacity to be more sustainable on consumption and production.
Target 12.B
We will develop and use tools to organise the sustainable development impacts for sustainable tourism that creates jobs and promotes local culture and products.

We will explain inefficient fossil-fuel support that encourages wasteful consumption by removing market distortions, in accordance with national circumstances.
